To benefit fully from the club and the sport as a whole we strongly recommend joining both Prested Real Tennis Club and the Tennis & Rackets Association (T&RA).
T&RA membership is required so you can apply for and manage your handicap and book courts online using the Real Tennis Online (RTO) system.
Join the club to pay reduced court fees and join in with all the club tournaments and other activities.

Membership fees and court fees will be collected monthly by Direct Debit using the GoCardless payment platform. Shortly after joining you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to set this up.
An invoice summarising your court fees will be sent to you at the end of each month, allowing you to check the details before the payment is processed three working days later.
A seniors (aged 65 and over) reduction of £5 per month is available to Full Adult members on request.
You agree to abide by the Prested Real Tennis Club rules (available at www.prestedrealtennisclub.com) and understand failure to do so may result in a membership being revoked.
You accept that facilities at Prested Real Tennis Club may not always be directly supervised by a member of staff. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, unless attending a sports lesson with a professional.
You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a personal physician regarding your medical fitness to engage in exercise and to make staff and professionals aware of any relevant conditions.
Prested Real Tennis Club processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes connected with membership, membership data analysis and communication between the Club and its members. Your personal data will not be passed to a third party without your consent, except our IT partners in order to assist with legitimate Club business, including tournament results to governing associations. Real tennis is an international sport. The UK governing body is the T&RA (Tennis and Rackets Association) and it manages the online players' handicap system.
Your handicap lets you know your level and tracks your progress as you improve your game. You'll be able to fully engage with matches and tournaments (worldwide!) once you have a handicap, and you'll be able to play with opponents of vastly differing abilities, with the scoring adjusted to allow a fair competition.
